- How long are shipping times?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your location. Delivery usually takes about 1-3 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 3 days to arrive to your destination but can take longer from time to time
- What’s your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual product.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order, if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted then simply notify us, you will be eligible for a replacement.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
